Donald Robertson’s fashionable work now moves from Beyoncé’s hand-painted handbag to the walls of Miller Gallery, the first time his work has ever been shown in Cincinnati.
Robertson, or Donald “Drawbertson" as his Instagram followers know him, is a painter and illustrator recognized for his signature flashy and irreverent pieces. Robertson rose to fame through his popular Instagram (@drawbertson) account, recognized by the CFDA, and nominated for "Instagrammer of the Year.”
Robertson's career began as a creative in the world of high fashion for Mac cosmetics. He then went on to launch Mary Claire and re-designed Cosmopolitan magazine. After serving as creative director for the Estee Lauder companies, Donald began his career as a fine artist, commanding his unique blend of wit and charm.
